Primary Responsibilities

- Evidence Review: Evaluating reports, physical evidence, and digital media to build strong case files.
- Interviews & Interrogations: Conducting structured interviews with victims, witnesses, and suspects using proven investigative techniques.
- Crime Scene Processing: Assisting with photography, evidence collection, and documentation when needed.
- Case Preparation: Working closely with prosecutors to ensure cases are properly prepared for court.
- Victim Support: Maintaining ongoing communication with victims and families throughout the investigative process.
- Interagency Collaboration: Coordinating with neighboring agencies, state resources, and federal partners when investigations cross jurisdictional lines.
